Search by Favorites

General

With Favorite Searches, you can speed up your search routines by saving your most frequently used searches.

You can save multiple favorite searches.
The saved favorites will appear on the Flow homepage, under the Archive tab, in the Favorites and Collection Baskets section.

Create a New Favorite Search

(1) Select the object type you want to search for from the Archive tab.

(2) Enter the desired search criteria on the search card.

(3) Enter a name for the favorite search in the Favorite Search field in the Additional Information section.

(4) Select the Save action.

Use a Favorite Search

(1) Select Favorites and Collection Baskets from the Archive tab.

  • Flow will list your favorite searches. The identifier for the favorite search is [ID].

(2) Click on the favorite search you want to use.

  • Flow will execute the search and list the found documents.

Edit a Favorite Search

(1) Select Favorites and Collection Baskets from the Archive tab.

(2) Click on the favorite search you want to edit.

  • Flow will execute the search.

(3) Select the Edit Search action.

(4) Modify the search criteria.

(5) Select the Save action.

  • Flow will notify you: "A search with this name already exists, do you still want to save?"

(6) Confirm overwriting by selecting OK, or

  • Select Cancel if you want to cancel the overwrite.

Remove an Unnecessary Favorite Search

(1) Select Favorites and Collection Baskets from the Archive tab.

(2) Click on the favorite search you want to remove.

(3) Select the context menu action Remove Favorite Search.
