Instructions for using Flow's license options
General
This page contains a link to the Flow license options, which have separate instructions.
Product configuration
Product configuration is a sales tool used to configure a modular product into a specific product unit that meets the customer's needs.
See: Product Configuration
Individual Structures
The individual structure is a structure recorded from the design product structure at a specific point in time, which can be frozen if necessary so that the revisions of its parts correspond to the state at the time of delivery.
See: Individual Structures
Binder tool
The mapping tool is used to compile installation, operation, and maintenance instructions into a PDF book.
See: Mapping Tool
Spare part Book
Service parts catalogs can be generated from the product structure (bill of materials) for spare parts sales.
Look at: Spare Part Booklet
Update title block
If there is a mark in the title block of the drawing indicating inspection or approval, and these actions are performed in Flow, the title blocks of the drawings must be updated. This option allows the title block update to be done automatically without separately opening the drawing in Vertex CAD.
See: Updating Drawing Title Blocks
Update Sheet Set
Series drawings are drawings in Vertex ED (electrical design application), and their title block update process is similar to the update process for drawings in Vertex G4.
See: Updating Drawing Title Blocks
Updating the model's drawings in the background compiler
The update of model drawings updates the changes in model geometry in the drawings and saves the necessary attachments (PDF, DWG, and DXF).
See: Updating Model Drawings with Background Translator
Flow user log
Events in Flow can be tracked using user login, which records not only logins but also many other actions performed in Flow.
