Check in or Save an Office document
General
You can return Office documents just like any other objects.
An easier way is to return documents directly from the user interface of Office programs if you have installed the necessary add-ins.

Check in the edited Office document
With this function, you can check in documents reserved for editing in Flow to be edited in Office programs.
(1) Select the Save function from the Vertex Flow group.
Flow will prompt you to log in.
(2) Enter your Flow username and password.
If Flow asks for it.
(3) Flow opens the Return Reservation dialogue box.
(4) Edit the description if necessary.
(5) If necessary, create a new revision of the document.
The current status model may require creating a new revision. See: Revision
(6) Write a description of the changes if necessary.
(7) If necessary, you can add attachments to the object.
(8) Confirm the return by selecting the action Check in Reservation.
Save an Office document to Flow
Here's the translation:
With this function, you can save those Office documents to Flow that are not already there.
(1) Select the New function from the Vertex Flow group.
Flow will prompt you to log in.
(2) Enter your Flow username and password.
(3) Flow opens the Return Reservation dialogue box.
