Open the file joined the document

General

Documents (Office documents, templates, drawings) may have other file formats associated with them besides the file used by the application program, for various needs.

You can see a list of files related to the document and open them in the browser's download section or even directly in a viewing program.

Search or open the file associated with the document

(1) Search for documents

  • See: Object search functions

  • Flow lists the documents that meet the search criteria.

(2) Click the symbol

  • Flow lists the files associated with the document.

(3) Select the associated file.

  • Flow opens the PDF file.

  • Flow adds the file to the browser's download section, where you can open it.

Once you've opened the file, you cannot return it to replace the file opened in Flow.

  • If you need to edit the document, use the Reserve and Open function.

You can also display the list of related files when you have selected the object.

  • The function appears in the top right corner of the browser image block.

The list of related files is also visible in the Files block.

(1) Click on the related file.

  • Flow opens the PDF file.

  • Flow adds the file to the browser's download section, where you can open it.
