A Flow user has initials defined in their Flow user information, and this data is placed in the "Designer" ("Suunn") field of the default template’s title block. When a user performs a review or approval, their initials are likewise entered in the corresponding field of the title block.

The default template does not retrieve both the date and time — only the date is shown.
