Quick section projection

The new sectional projection type updates the projection in a fraction of the time compared to before.

The new sectional projection type, “Precise Section – Threaded,” replaces the previous “Quick” and separate “Precise” sectional projection types. Now, you get a precise sectional projection in the same time it used to take to create a quick one.

New sectional projection type features

Threaded sectional projection cuts parts with multiple cores simultaneously. This enables significant speed improvements on modern machines. However, the section is performed authentically, allowing dimensions to be applied to all points in the sectional projection. The previous quick section method did not allow this.

When replacing old projection types with the new one, note that you may need to reposition some model dimensions.
