Transferring support requests to a shared organization
Problem
You want to view your submitted support requests and/or transfer feedback within your organization from one person to another.
Solution
View your own or your organization’s feedback
In the feedback window, click the upper-right corner and select My requests or All requests → The request filter dialog will open.
You can filter feedback by Status, Creator, Type, or search using a keyword.
Status (Open requests):
Open: The request is still active
Closed: The request has been resolved
Creator (Created by anyone):
Created by anyone: All feedback regardless of author
Created by me: Your own requests
Where I am a participant: You’ve commented on the issue
Type (Any request type):
New feature: Feature request
Technical support: Support request
Share your feedback
Open the feedback request
Click Share
Enter your organization’s name, e.g., “Yritys Oy”
Click Share
