Transferring support requests to a shared organization

Problem
You want to view your submitted support requests and/or transfer feedback within your organization from one person to another.


Solution

View your own or your organization’s feedback
In the feedback window, click the upper-right corner and select My requests or All requests → The request filter dialog will open.

You can filter feedback by Status, Creator, Type, or search using a keyword.

  • Status (Open requests):

    • Open: The request is still active

    • Closed: The request has been resolved

  • Creator (Created by anyone):

    • Created by anyone: All feedback regardless of author

    • Created by me: Your own requests

    • Where I am a participant: You’ve commented on the issue

  • Type (Any request type):

    • New feature: Feature request

    • Technical support: Support request


Share your feedback

  1. Open the feedback request

  2. Click Share

  3. Enter your organization’s name, e.g., “Yritys Oy”

  4. Click Share
