Problem
A bend feature (“step bend”) has been created on a conical surface, but the development projection does not display bend lines.
Solution
Whenever there are issues with bend lines in the development view or in a part drawing projection, it is recommended to first try the Surface Chain Offset function:

Select a surface from the part

Right-click and choose Surface Chain Offset

The software will suggest an offset value equal to the sheet metal thickness
In most cases, this resolves the problem.
