Stepped Section View cannot be created

Problem

When selecting the section line, only one segment is selected instead of the whole chain, preventing the creation of a stepped section view.

Solution

The broken line must be continuous. Create it by selecting "Broken line" and then, from additional options, choose "Continuous line" (see attached image).

If the line has already been created, you can change it to a continuous one using the "Join" function.
