Printing is not working.
Problem
Error messages appear during printing, or printing stops working altogether.
Solution
Try resetting the most recently used print settings:
In Vertex G4, go to:
File > This version of the program > Vertex folders
→ At the bottom of the dialog, open the User folder.
Delete the file DEFPLOT.SETTINGS from this folder.
This file contains the most recently used print settings. Deleting it will reset the settings to factory defaults.
Restart the program and try printing again.
