Problem
The sheet metal part is not created.
Solution

Ensure that the part properties include stretch calculation data as well as material.

Run an ACIS geometry check on the part. If the geometry check reports errors, bending issues may be caused by invalid geometry.

Verify that the sheet thickness is set correctly in the sheet metal properties. If the extrusion was made in a direction other than the sheet thickness direction, do not use the extrusion length as the sheet thickness when the program prompts for it.

You can fix the problem by changing the part type to a regular part and then back to sheet metal. This will make the program ask again for the sheet thickness parameters.
