Invoice payment, Sync support access, and improved subscription management

MyVertex 2.0.0 is a major release that introduces invoice payment and gives admins more control over subscriptions, licenses, and support access.

• Invoice payment for subscriptions: Eligible customers can now buy subscriptions or convert trials using invoice payment instead of paying by card.

• Sync support access: Vertex support can request access to a customer’s Sync organization when help is needed. Access is only granted after the customer approves it, keeping the customer in control.

• Easier subscription management: Admins can see subscription status, billing interval, scheduled changes, invoice history, and charge history. For invoiced subscriptions, they can also change the license quantity, update the billing interval, and cancel the subscription directly in MyVertex.

• CAD license deactivation: Company admins can now deactivate CAD licenses directly in MyVertex without contacting Vertex support.
