MyVertex 2.0.0 Release Notes

MyVertex 2.0.0 adds invoice-based purchasing, controlled support access, and clearer subscription and license management.

What’s new

Invoice payment for MyVertex subscriptions

Invoice payment is now available for eligible customers. This means organizations that buy through invoicing can start and manage MyVertex subscriptions without using a card payment flow.

Customers can use invoice payment when purchasing a subscription or converting a trial. During checkout, MyVertex asks for the needed invoicing details, such as VAT or Business ID, invoice reference, invoicing address, and e-invoicing information where applicable.

Controlled support access

Vertex support can now request access to a customer’s Sync organization when support is needed. The customer is notified about the request, and access is only granted after it has been approved.

This makes it faster to get help while keeping the customer in control of who gets access.

Easier subscription management

Admins now have a clearer view of subscription status, billing interval, scheduled changes, invoice history, and charge history.

For invoiced subscriptions, admins can also change the license quantity, update the billing interval, and cancel the subscription directly in MyVertex.

CAD license deactivation

Admins can now deactivate CAD licenses directly from MyVertex without the need to contact Vertex support.

Improvements and fixes

This release also includes fixes and smaller improvements, including:

  • Trial and subscription statuses are shown more accurately.

  • Subscription cards work better on mobile screen sizes.

  • Registration email links now take users to the correct MyVertex flow.

  • Charge history shows charges more consistently.

  • Subscription change history records license quantities more accurately.

  • Billing interval changes work more consistently across currencies.

  • New users can register a Sync organization from the shopping cart more smoothly.

  • Several reliability fixes were made in the background.
