MyVertex: Your All-in-One Online Store and Service Platform

MyVertex is an online store and service platform where you can manage subscriptions, view your company’s licenses, define your Sync organization, update company details, invite new users, and manage your account.

Each MyVertex user must have a VertexID account. Therefore, anyone purchasing from the MyVertex Store, including CAD subscription buyers, needs a VertexID account. This account is also required for all Sync users. While CAD usage itself does not require a VertexID account, each company must have at least one user with a VertexID account to access and review the company’s licenses and other features provided by MyVertex.
