Purpose of use
A structural option is a configuration choice that includes a specific feature specification, such as a manual transmission in a car.

A structural option is associated with an item.
License requirement
The object type is not visible to a basic user in Flow.
Handling objects of the structural option type requires that:

The user's license type is Product Administrator, and
-
The user belongs to the Product Management Tools group (or another group with Configurator Admin rights).
