Device Cards
Purpose of use
Device card is a refinement according to the location of the item. The same item can be used multiple times in one assembly. Therefore, the metadata of a single item cannot hold details dependent on different applications. The device card identifies the operating conditions of the item as well as the item itself.
Example
A certain valve can be used in multiple different locations within an assembly. The metadata on the device card provides information about the flowing substance, temperature, and pressure.

Tools
Connections can be added and removed like with any other objects.
