Customer
Purpose of use
In the Vertex Flow terminology, a customer is most often a company's customer, but it can just as well be the company's partner, supplier, public entity, or regulator. Different types of customers can be distinguished from each other by classifications. If the core of the company's operations is customer-specific projects, the Flow customer is connected to the project and thus serves as the starting point for search functions at its best. For a company engaged in mass production or similar activities, the use case of the customer object is not as a customer in the traditional sense but emphasizes the latter applications described above.
