User, User group, Organization

Purpose of use

Every Flow user must have their own username to log into Flow. Actions performed on objects are recorded with the user's name and timestamp, allowing the tracking of the person who performed the action.

The user's license type (e.g., viewer type) may limit the actions the user can perform in Flow.

Users receive various rights through the user groups they belong to; rights to objects are thus group-specific, not user-specific.
