It is possible to import the company's customer registry into Flow. This is best done using an Excel table. However, before importing, it is necessary to check which customer registry information is needed in Flow. If there are any changes required to the customer registry data in Flow, they must be made before importing the customer registry.

The "Classification" field should contain the identifier of the classification, not the description.

The "Status ID" field should contain the value stored in the database, not a user-visible descriptive text. If the status model differs from Flow's default, Vertex provides the status IDs to the customer
