An example of the status view of projects

In this example, we will look at creating a corporate-level view for a corporation that operates in multiple locations and has two separate factories in the same location.

• The view serves, among others, people who need to find documents related to a factory, its department, production line, or equipment. In this example, the view is divided into three locations (Oulu, Tampere, and Vantaa), each with its own independent content (factories).

• These factories are further divided into departments specific to each factory, and departments are further divided into production lines or machines.

• To create and use the view, the administrator needs to add attributes to the system settings and add fields to objects.
