In this example, we will look at creating a corporate-level view for a corporation that operates in multiple locations and has two separate factories in the same location.

The view serves, among others, people who need to find documents related to a factory, its department, production line, or equipment. In this example, the view is divided into three locations (Oulu, Tampere, and Vantaa), each with its own independent content (factories).

These factories are further divided into departments specific to each factory, and departments are further divided into production lines or machines.

To create and use the view, the administrator needs to add attributes to the system settings and add fields to objects.
