We have a customer support system where you can submit support requests and track the status of your requests. You can also centrally view your open and previously resolved support requests. The system also provides articles for frequently asked questions, so you can find solutions to many issues even before you submit a question. Access to the support service is free for customers who have entered into a maintenance agreement or are using a subscription or rental license. The support service assists you with issues related to the VERTEX software. The support service is available in Finnish and English.
