Mark Oversized Profiles and Profiles with Specific Mounting Information

A new tool Part Marking has been added to the tool strip for marking loose parts, parts installed manually and parts that are oversized. Loose and manual parts can be defined in framing details. It's possible also modify them one by one.

Marking oversized parts works only for profiles and user set value to check. If you like to check only some kind of profiles, hide others and use this tool.
