Update Your Account

When the system administrator of your organization invites you as a user, you will receive an email. Then follow the steps below, depending on whether you already have a VertexID or not.

Case 1: You don’t have VertexID

  1. Click the link Create VertexID in the email to update your account. info The link is valid for 14 days.

  1. Click the link Click here to proceed.

  2. Carefully read our end user agreement.

  3. You need to agree to the terms and conditions and the cookie policy to continue.

  4. Create a strong password. The password requirements:

    • At least 14 characters long.

    • Contains at least 1 numerical digit.

    • Contains at least 1 special character.

    • Contains at least 1 upper case character.

  1. Fill in your first name and last name.

  1. Your VertexID is ready. Click Back to Application.

  1. Login to Sync with your VertexID.

Case 2: You already have VertexID

  1. Click the link Accept invitation in the email.

  2. Carefully read our end user agreement.

  3. You need to agree to the terms and conditions and the cookie policy to continue.

  4. You are ready.
