Favorite, Recently Visited and Recently Worked on Lists

Sync allows you to mark objects as favourites, and also keeps track of the objects you have recently visited or worked on. These features help you find the information you need more easily and faster.

Favorite list

The favorite list is a collection of objects that you have marked as favorites. You can mark any object as a favorite by clicking on the star icon. The location of the star icon varies depending on the current view you are in.  In grid view, the star button is located at the bottom right corner, and in row view, on the right side of the row. Once you mark an object as a favorite, it will appear in the favorite list tab on the user interface.

You can access the favorite list tab by clicking Favorites under the header row. The favorite list tab will show you all the objects that you have marked as favorites, sorted by the same criteria as the previous view. You can click on any object in the favorite list to open it.

You can also remove an object from the favorite list by clicking on the star icon again. This will not delete the object, but only remove it from the favorite list.

Recently visited list

The recently visited list is a collection of objects that you have recently opened or viewed. The system automatically adds any object that you open or view to the recently visited list. The recently visited list tab will show you the most recent objects from XX weeks' time that you have visited, sorted by the date of visit. You can click on any object in the recently visited list to open it again.

You cannot manually add or remove objects from the recently visited list. The system will automatically update the list based on your activity.

Recently worked on list

The recently worked on list is a collection of objects that you have recently edited or modified. The system automatically adds any object that you edit or modify to the recently worked on list. The recently worked on list tab will show you the most recent objects from XX weeks' time that you have worked on, sorted by the date of work. You can click on any object in the recently worked on list to open it again.

You cannot manually add or remove objects from the recently worked on list. The system will automatically update the list based on your activity.
