Automatic workspace cleaning

Models and drawings are removed from the Flow for Solidworks workspace if they were last edited more than 28 days ago and are not reserved for the workspace user. Deletion is done when the user logs into Flow.

The file age is determined by the date of the primary Solidworks file (sdlprt, sldasm, sdldrw) in the CURRENTTIMESTAMP field of the FILE table in the user's Workspace.db database. Secondary files (pdf, step, dxf, dwg ...) are deleted at the same time as the primary file.

Even if the files are deleted from the workspace, those will be reloaded from Flow when the model itself, parent assembly, or drawing is reopened.
