PSK updates 2024

PSK updated several pipe class stardards druing 2024. We have impleted them to our pipe component database. _{(Vertex ID: VXPLANT-688)}

The updates affected to the following pipe classes:

• E10C1A/B/C
• E16C1A/B/C
• E25C1B
• E40C1B
• E0..63H1A
• E0..63H2A
• E0..63H3A

The updates of C1 pipe classes in a nutshell:

• New intermediate sizes in tees
• Some dimensions fixed in tees
• The length of the pipe cap DN 20 has been changed to comply with the new standard
• The radii of the elbows DN 15 and 20 have been changed to comply with the new standard

Here is an example of the updates from the pipe class E16H1A. All pipe classes H1A/H2A/H3A faced the similar updates:

• The dimensions of the tees have all been changed according to table A.3 and the wall thicknesses have been recalculated, see O.1

• Thicknesses of tees in nominal sizes DN 150, 300 and 400 have been changed

• Standard lengths of straight reducers have in-creased slightly in several cases

• Minimum thickness 1,6 can be changed to 2,0 mm by mutual agreement

• For thicknesses 12,5 and 14,2 mm alternative thicknesses of 12 and 14 mm have been given

1. Pipe item updates somehow, for example, parameters change.

2. New pipe item is created.

3. Pipe item becomes obsolote.

C1 pipe classes - total number of updated items 357 pcs

H1A pipe classes - total number of updated items 2103 pcs

1. Updated pipe items 1444 pcs
2. New pipe items 461 pcs
3. Removed pipe items 198 pcs

H2A pipe classes - total number of updated items 2044 pcs

1. Updated pipe items 1446 pcs
2. New pipe items 426 pcs
3. Removed pipe items 172 pcs

H3A pipe classes - total number of updated items 1770 pcs

1. Updated pipe items 1244 pcs
2. New pipe items 372 pcs
3. Removed pipe items 154 pcs

NOTE! Updated pipe items doesn't include those items, which were updated only with the following change "The numbers in the fittings’ dimension tables have been changed to comply with the standard SFS-EN 10253-4:2024."
