You have received a new Flow license file from Vertex Systems Oy, where, for example, the number of users has been changed or Flow options have been modified. The license file, VxLicense.txt, is a text file. Save the file to your disk.

Log in to Flow with a username that belongs to the sysadmin group (administrator).

Select Portal from the top right corner of the homepage.

Select System Administration > Edit License and Options

Retrieve the file VxLicense.txt using the Browse function.

Once the license file is selected, press Update

If the license file update was successful, you will receive a notification:
The new license file takes effect immediately; no restart of Flow is required.
